The language of study

To get a degree, an academic award conferred by a university/college on a successful completion of a course of studies, in something, you must have funding, money given in a form of a scholarship, good grades, marks or rating indicating achievement , from a school. At university/college you will have a lot of lectures, a discourse on a particular subject, and while listening you should take notes, brief summaries or records in writing, to remember a lecture for a long time. You must try not to miss deadlines, time limits for any activity. When you research work for getting a degree, you must discuss problems with supervisor, a tutor that supervises your research work. In your work you must give bibliography, a list of books or other material on a subject. And finally, after defending your thesis you will be graduate, a person who has been awarded a first degree. Congratulations!

Debate on mouse vs. touch screen

We named the 21^st century as century of computer technology. It brings up many questions about improving computer. Here comes dilemma: what’s the best- to use mouse or touch screen?

I tend to approve the position of mouse admirers. In comparison with touch screen mouse is more convenient to use. It was necessary part of computer when it was invented. When you use mouse you control everything with your hand and do considered actions. And  while using a touch screen you can confuse many things. And in conclusion, mouse is more comfortable for conservative people.

My first impression and expectations

MY FIRST IMPRESSION AND EXPECTATIONS

There is a Russian proverb “ The  first impression is very tricky “, I experienced the truthfulness of this saying many times in my life. But psychologically the first impression defines many things, that could change not only our life but also  even our fate. So it has very important role in our life. When I think about my first impression about  subject Computer skills I could remember my thoughts about importance of the computer and internet access in our lives. Of course that impression was very positive and amusing.

Expectations become the one of the most essential parts of our lives. We can’t imagine doing anything without  particular profit and benefit for ourselves, we always have a personal purpose. And that’s great! And therefore I had certain expectations of this subject. I’m not good at using contemporary technologies so I hoped that Computer skills would help me to understand computer better and work with it professionally. And I could tell with proud that after a month of taking this course I made big progress, and it’s only after a month! So I think I would be able to use many opportunities of computer to the end of the year. Now I’m very satisfied and pleased with my knowledge of computer
